Coffee Club rules

Last updated: 4 October 2026

The Little Pickle Coffee Club is our free digital loyalty card. By joining, you agree to these simple rules.

The card

The Coffee Club is free to join. You must be 16 or over.
One card per person. Your card is the QR code on your My Card page; show it at the counter.
Staff add a stamp for each coffee you buy. When your card reaches the number of stamps shown on it, your next coffee is free.
A free coffee has no cash value and can’t be exchanged or transferred.
Stamps can only be added in the café, by our staff.

Pickle Run free coffees

Beat Bethan in Pickle Run to win one free coffee per email address.
Show the voucher’s QR code at the counter; each voucher can be used once.
Vouchers have no cash value and can’t be exchanged or transferred.

Fair play

We may refuse a stamp or a free coffee, or close a card, if the scheme is being misused.
We may change or end the Coffee Club. If we end it, we’ll tell members in the café and on this site first, so you can use any free coffee you’ve earned.

Your information

How we use your name, email and card history is explained in our privacy notice. To close your account, email thelittlepicklefoodie@gmail.com or ask us in the café.
